It's an american tv show, which the person needs to guess the song the other one is gesturing... sometimes they do some "puns" (trocadilhos?) in the middle of the lyrics, and only if you know english, you'll understand.
There's another video I liked, the same guy tries "Don't Stop Me Now", from Queen, SENSATIONAL!
